The staff especially lanang was very helpful and was kind enough to upgrade our room to sea facing. The manager mr hun was also very nice and speaks good english. The buffet breakfast was also with a lot of choice and the staff was very courteous and obliging! the buffet breakfast

property s huge. location is walking distance to the main strip that is in between novotel and sun world. anybody looking to book this property can be sure of the location aspect. its a grand property. has different wings for apartments (also called villas) but really a room which is separate than the rooms inside the hotel main wing, within the premises of the hotel. staff is super sweet, welcoming and go out of their way to help with things that they dont need to bother about.
