The hotel is opposite the beach, You just need to cross the road. Rooms are overpriced as they are not big enough but as it's opposite to My khe beach the price is justified. Even after paying the money for a hotel room in advance they ask for a 500k vnd deposit which is refundable but which makes the customer feel bad about hotel policy. I had 3 other hotels in Vietnam at Ha Noi and Da nang no other hotels asked for a deposit. In the breakfast buffet lots of options are there for those who eat meat and sea food for someone who's vegan or vegetarian like me just fruits and vegetables and fruit juice or maybe coffee and tea. The hotel pool had a good view which is located on the 20th floor. The staff is also good.

The location is amazing! It’s one of the best view and stay i have ever been too. But there was no express check in even after having the benefits. Straight 12 check up, no late check outs at all. If you have a baby or old parents balcony rooms are little nosy in the night due to street party, if you enjoy this then it’s good.

We had a very pleasant stay at Balcona Hotel Da Nang and was very good, all the staff's were friendly especially Ms Sopia and Chef Mr Tony. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, we loved the Vietnamese food. Location in front of the beach was nice. Amenities and services was good. We stayed 6 days and most of the tour operators pick and drop from the Balcona Hotel Da Nang We had a very pleasant stay at Balcona Hotel Da Nang and was very good, all the staff's were friendly especially Ms Sopia and Chef Mr Tony. The location is amazing! It’s one of the best view and stay i have ever been too. But there was no express check in even after having the benefits. Straight 12 check up, no late check outs at all. If you have a baby or old parents balcony rooms are little nosy in the night due to street party, if you enjoy this then it’s good.

We had an amazing experience in this Hotel. Great location just infront of the beach,all the eateries & convenient Shop are in a walking distance. Great breakfast spread to choose from. Definitely recommended.

the Balcona Hotel Da Nang was like a five Star with helpful staff . the location was perfect as it was in front of the beach and with a mart and food place nearby.

Decent room size. Location is accessible to all many attractions in hanoi city. Breakfast is ok as well but less vegetarian options.

Excellent location of the property. We had oceanfront rooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Location was very central. Many cafes and restaurants were walking distance. Enjoyed a lot. Staff was friendly.
