I stayed here for 3 nights in Dec first week. The stay was good. The location is between sainta monica and Beverly Hills, its not walkable but the bus stand is right outside. Location is just on the main road. Nearby restaurants, marts, shopping area are walkable. Looked safe in night as well to walk around. Breakfast is minimal but nice and clean which has breads, spreads, muffins, oats, coffee and hot water. Washroom was clean. Room size is good. Bed is bit uncomfortable, I would recommend Olivia Hotel to work on the mattress. Room has a coffee brewing machine, fridge, TV and AC/heater. Staff is really good and helping. For car parking they charge some minimal fee. Overall its is a good place to stay.

Considering all properties are relatively expensive in LA, this one was value for money- the room was nice, no complaints. Breakfast was only packed items (breads, cereals, yogurt, etc.)
