Terrible Stay

I requested a room with a bath tub. Upon arriving they told me that there were only a few and not all with a bath tub and they were booked before mine. If i'd known that while booking i would have never booked the place. The reception wasn't very helpful either. So i found a different hotel and checked out. Lost all the money there and will never visit this hotel again.

The actual building of the Hotel with reception is different and I was given room in a room in different building. The room was quite shady and as security just had a swipe card at main gate. Lights were very low in the room and bathroom were quite small. Could not find exhaust or heater in the room. Just a window with quite a bad view.

This is not a 3 star Hotel, but a simple bed and breakfast lodge. Make my trip has told me this as 3 star Hotel. There was just rooms with average beddings. Not a single 3 star facility available.
