My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and I noticed that prices seemed to increase when trying to book Some rooms I wanted to reserve were suddenly marked as “fully booked,” even though they were not. The food quality was poor and made me feel unwell. Parking is not free, even though it’s located inside the hotel, which was surprising. I was also charged an additional AED 15 as a “tourist fee,” despite holding an Emirati ID — this felt unfair. the rooms were noisy, overly cold, and lacked basic amenities or clear instructions. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay or professional service.
