    The worst hotel

    natheer a.business

    Poor quality, was no respect from receptionist, when ask to change the room, he said you can go out !room was very bad smell due to humidity-2 floor, no view at all windows blocked, floor tiles shaking noisy, no water bottles only two small 180 ml cups. Very bad communication between staff and customers, no respect, don’t know english as well. They refuse to change the room and refund, they said go to where you booked to refund your money. Very bad situation
