First of let me start by saying that the way the staff behaved with us was just pure delight. They were very well spoken and nice in their presentation. The SAB Residence is located near the bus Station and also the place is quite and comfortable not like the Beach places where there is hell of a crowd. The main market is just 1km away and either you can rent a bike or you can walk down. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The environment is also nice and friendly. All in all I would advice if you are going to Pattaya stay here for as Long as you can as the SAB Residence staff is very much careful and caring for your comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time staying at this place. Kudos!

Absolutely an awesome host. I must say this place is very much far better than good rated SAB Residences. For food you want you can walk down 5 minutes to major restaurants. Catch 10 baht cab to Jomtien or Pattaya beaches. Middle of everything. Bike taxi next to SAB Residence, 7/11 shop at 2 minutes walk. What else do you want.

People should not book SAB Residences in pattaya who looking for good place. I highly recommend sab residence.
I like this property very much. Miss Duke is very helpful and big yes recommend to people. Do not take SAB Residence only go for sab residents in pattaya. 5 star.
