Ban Sainai property is an off-the-beaten-path gem situated approximately 2 kilometers from the main shopping district and popular beachfront promenade. Ban Sainai is perfectly nestled beside the limestone cliff, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility and respite from the crowds. The backdrop is absolutely stunning and, of course, picturesque—a constant reminder to stay grounded amid nature’s grandeur. The package I selected included breakfast, which was beautifully minimal. The restaurant is positioned alongside a tranquil water body with sweeping views of distant cliffs. Morning sunlight radiates through the cliff face and the thatched rooftop, bathing diners in golden rays. Both the food & the setting provides enough to energize you for the day ahead. There’s also a poolside restaurant that I regrettably didn’t have the opportunity to experience during my stay. The property truly lives up to its SHA+ certification, evident in thoughtful details that speak lengths about their commitment to excellence. From the charming welcome note presented on a natural leaf to the well-appointed walk-in wardrobe amenities, every touch reflects careful curation. Throughout the grounds, decorative stones are artfully embedded in the concrete pathways, featuring heart and leaf motifs that create a cohesive design narrative across the entire property.

Poor Stay

The experience wasn't anywhere close to the expectations and the price paid. The first day we had the AC in the room wasn't working, and then we saw coackroaches in the room. Day 2, there was a power outage between 11 am To 5 pm. While this was informed to us on Day 1 itself, but not sure how does that help( hotel staff gave that as an explanation that we pre informed). In between all of this the breakfast setting was just beautiful, and the staff at breakfast place was taking good care of the guests.

Ban sainai is the best resort in krabi near krabi market, they have different categories rooms, pond villa is the best room, rooms are nice and spacious and bathrooms are very spacious and have bath jacuzzi, they provide indian vegetarian breakfast, provide shuttle service every hour to krabi market, overall nice and comfortable stay

The room was spacious and so pretty! We loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The Spa is great too 🙂 you can explore the resort, book a spa and adore the beautiful hills around you. The breakfast spread was limited but great quality!

Villa ch a ch a room was average with a great view of the ocean. The bathtub in the balcony needs special mention. Breakfast was not upto the mark and the behaviour of the restaurant staff was rude. But the room made up for the shortcomings. But expect more plush rooms in that budget. Ban saini resort was on par excellence. Amazing property and good hospitality

This resort is a marvel. Beautiful and quaint. The rooms are exceptional. Swimming pool is a delight and gives breathtaking views of cliffs. We tried thai massage which was very relaxing. Staff is also praiseworthy. Only con is that the breakfast had huge spread but can be improved in terms of taste. The restaurant though has a rustic charm to it. One can stroll within the porperty and enjoy bird sighting. There may be chance of some reptiles so better keep doors and windows locked once inside. Beach is a 30 min walk but better to avail tuktuk facility. We discovered a little retaurant called curry palace, close to the hotel which is a must try too for delicious thai or indian food.
