We have booked king premium room with river view but the room that was given to us at first had a partial view and after our annoyance they gave us a room with a better view. In the name of welcome drink,they provide only drinking water. Though the room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lavish but some of the five star items were missing. Free boat shuttle service is just an eye wash. Location is near to iconsiam mall. The Millennium Hilton Bangkok has free ferry service to other side of river. Though room is a bit outdated still they have kept it neat and comfortable. The customer care is to be praised. Always ready to help. We loved the stay
