No public transport and restaurants nearby. Need to walk more than than ten minutes to buy even small things. Room clean but corridor is very dark. No meal provided accept break fast. Property like hand towel provided on request. Bath towel is too too old. No recommendation to friends and others. Ooooo

Good stay on good location near to market area will descent amenities but little low at service ..I will never recommend splendor room for a family but if we booked online there at hotel we have to upgrade on higher cost what I did ..So atleast assure yourself on type of room at the time of booking

The hospitality was really good they will provide you welcome ice pop sticks, check-in and check-out was quick. Let's come to the main point "the room & location, the room and bathroom was very small, the morning breakfast was not good and the location is inside sukumvit 12 valley and you have to walk at-least 800 to 900 mtr to reach main road. They will provide you free tuk tuk to reach main road but one way, overall i would rate 2. 5 and per cost wise it's soo pricy we booked room for 4k with breakfast. It's better you choose breakfast outside

The hotel was ok but staff was not that great. Even though rooms were available the hotel staff did not allow check-in exactly till 2pm or clearly told us to wait till 2pm even though we offered to pay extra. I saw a lot of travellers wait in lobby for hours. The rooms size was also very small. The hotel is 5 min walk inside a alley from the main road.

It was very shocking for me to c the hotel room which they gave us but than i had to pay another 500 bbts to upgrade for a sensible room to stay there for 3 days otherwise my booking would got wasted as the rooms were too small & stinking of moisture but after i got my little big room it was comfortable but my budget had to be changed i stayed in other places there but not seen such small room with sensible rate they charged on make my trip, so now on i learned that only hv be careful as galleria had two more places in same area. It should not be rated more than 3. 3 of galleria 18 which i booked. Discount u given me of 5% & how to claim it
