Misleading Photos and Horrible Service – Avoid This Property

Do not be misled by the pictures—they give a false impression. The rooms are extremely small; for instance, there’s no space between the commode and the wall, so you have to sit awkwardly on a Western-style toilet, which is uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly rude, and you’re only given two small water bottles a day. If you request more, be prepared for a racist rant. While the location is convenient, with a nearby market, the experience was far from pleasant. The sheets were dirty, and I had to ask for them to be changed. Requesting room cleaning? Expect to wait at least a couple of hours before they even acknowledge it, and they often skip cleaning the bathroom altogether. I've traveled to many countries, and I’ve never been treated so poorly. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

The hotel states it is sg clean, however it is not. Booked it due to the location but the service was poor, the housekeeping did not clean our room despite asking then to do so before heading out and the room size was very small and not clean. The bedsheets were stained, the glasses were dirty.

Very clean room and super comfy bed. They upgraded me free and also allowed early check-in and late check outweigh no charge at all mineral water bottles were unlimited and it was very peaceful overall.

This hotel was very congested and rooms were like prison cells, too small and no window. If you stay here for longer duration you might have chances of going into depression. All hotel was having damp smell. even if the room has window it is locked and we are not allowed to open it citing security reasons. Staff was kind of ok.

Very clean room and super comfy bed. They upgraded me free and also allowed early check-in and late check outweigh no charge at all mineral water bottles were unlimited and it was very peaceful overall.
Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was excellent. Room was too small but it's OK for a single traveller. The staff was very courteous and offered free early check-in and late check-out and also upgraded me with no charge.

We stayed for 5 nights altogether. The Venue Hotel is well connected to the downtown, Metro stations and city attractions through the bases which is near thus Venue Hotel. Hence very convenient to get to sigh seeing. Situated in a calm locality and gives a feeling of Singapore local life.

Positives: Good location, clean rooms, provide basic amenities. Negatives: Small rooms, no restaurant, AC regulator not working (hence too cold), no service provided (carrying bags to room etc).

Great place to stay with all amenities, needless to say, the Venue Hotel was clean and hygienic and most importantly the staff was courteous and friendly.

Hotel is clean, in a good area with lots of restaurants around. Public transport is s short walk away. Super market right next door. Would recommend it.
