Awesome stay

Great hospitality and very pleasing staff. Just above the MRT Station. Easy access to any place. The best thing is once you reach Changi airport and if you have booked this stay you don’t. Red to hire any cab. Take the MRT to Raffles Place Station.

I had booked the hotel for my stay in Singapore. When I reached the hotel I was extremely surprised when I was told that I will have to stay at there sister concern (Citadelines) since they had some leakage issues and in order to complete the work few rooms could not be occupied by guest . Neither did they took my permission and nor did they think for a second that when their hotel is in Marina area why will I pay the same price and stay in Citadelines which is 3-4 kms away from Ascott residency.
