Awful service by both the hotel and makemytrip. Hotel room is extremely overpriced and just not good enough. The staff just doesn't want to listen to the issues at all. On the other hand, makemytrip was awful too. Took too much time to make the payment. Also, they have taken 10k extra for the booking, only to provide bad service.
