The location of the property is great. Main Funchal is a 10 minutes walk. The rooms are average. The staff are a mixed bunch. Some of the staff were very courteous and helpful like Mr. Pedro at the reception. On the other hand at the reception was extremely rude and does not know how to deal with guests. He straight up insults guests to the face when we ask him for help. We hope the management takes action against such people who do not know how to treat guests properly.
