Basic budget hotel in cebu

The hotel was located about 5-10 mins walking distance from aye-la shopping centre, cebu. It's a good location. It's just off the main road, from where you can get regular buses, jeepneys and taxis. Room was spacious with only basic amenities. But the hotel management didn't give me any complementary drinking water in my room. This is the first hotel i have stayed in my entire life all throughout the world which refused to give any drinking water. I would probably not recommend this hotel for any of my friends and colleagues.
