An Excellent Stay at Al Falaj Hotel!” My experience at Al Falaj Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and highly professional, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. I appreciated the early check-in and smooth check-out process, which made my travel schedule more convenient. The amenities were top-notch, and the Al Falaj Hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food was delicious and diverse, catering to different tastes with high quality and freshness. I highly recommend Al Falaj Hotel to anyone visiting Muscat — whether for business or leisure. Great hospitality, excellent facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere made my stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team!

Everyone was excellent from the front desk, concierge, f&b and fitness center. To call out a few - james, shree, dilinaz, joseph, shyamji, arun, austin. The list could go on but hard to recall all names here. The rooms were compact but has everything you'd need. The views from the 7th floor rooms were spectacular. Go to the terrace to enjoy a 360 from the 8th floor. The fitness center has basketball, tennis, badminton, sauna, steam, jacuzi and all so easily accessible with joseph and jamil showing you around and helping with your every need. The breakfast spread and quality was good. Do try the fig jam with toast. It's home made from dubai. A complete 5/5 experience for us.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Al Falaj in Muscat. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the complimentary buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from — truly impressive. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated receiving discount coupons that offered 15% off on food and beverages — a nice added touch! This was my second stay at the Al Falaj Hotel, and I’m happy to say the quality remains top-notch. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Muscat.

This Al Falaj Hotel was awesome...Excellent service.I had a very pleasant experience at Al Falaj Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool and gym, and the food was excellent with a variety of choices. The location is also convenient, close to the city and main attractions. Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would happily recommend this Al Falaj Hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

A comfortable well located Al Falaj Hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff and the manager Mr lasintha was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was well laid out and varied. Would certainly recommend the Al Falaj as a decent place to stay in Muscat.

Superb Al Falaj Hotel with clean rooms, and clean common areas. Good facilities and great staff who is very prompt and polite in their attitude towards guests. Good swimming pool. Quick check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a good experience with the stay. Only one thing i was not satisfied was the pool. It had 3 meters depth side and less than 1 meter but not 1. 5 meters, also it was temperature controlled so didn’t get that cool refreshed feeling of a pool
