The hotel location was ok. No lift. Small name sake kitchen. There seems some payment issue between make my trip and the hotel. This has reflected on their services offerings to customers in general. Otherwise it was just good stay.

worst ever hospitality experience 😪. I have booked the executive suite for 2 nights but on arrival was informed that my room is on top floor with no elevator and was forced to select other/lower grade rooms on lower floor. The staff was very rude and unsupportive (especially the manager Younus). Please focus on cleanliness and services in the room. You have to request for even the basics. Even the heating was not proper. To top it all, its better to avoid booking the breakfast along with the stay. The breakfast service is very slow taking a minimum of 10-15 minutes for every small order and ends at 10 AM no matter what. For items like Paratha, there is a limit set to 1 piece per guest only. Please carry your own tea/coffee set as the hotel does not provide milk powder(asks for extra cost) and no room service post 9 PM. Overall the horrible and harrased experience.

MAKING FOOLISH TO CUSTOMERS

They warn to customers NOT TO SMOKE & FINE for smoking. 50$ (5000/Rs). Rooms & buildings photo are of some other properties. No elevator/ lift. initially I booked for 3 nights & room allotted was supposed to be with gallery. again I selected same hotel so I decided to stay same place. so again same room was allotted. I must get refund. Hot water not available in rooms. at 5 °temp.of kathmandu we used cold water for bath & all purpose.

I was given room no. 304, at first the lights and the refrigerator wasn’t working so contacted the hotel staff and within 10-15 mins both issues were sorted. I was greeted well and i recommend this hotel very much. The room was nice and tidy, bathroom was clean, ac worked fine. In short, one of the best hotel in thamel.
