The Resort is at the best location just near the Trou Aux Biches Beach and near to it is supermarket as well. We were welcomed by Mr. Sanjeev and then at the reception we were given welcome drinks and explained about all the facilities gym, spa, restaurant. The food there was so good. We were vegetarian. They used to make special Indian vegetables for us. If you are an Indian vegetarian then there is no better option to stay except this resort. Thank you so much to everyone at Le Palmiste.

At midnight bathroom got locked, reception replied can't help it, no maintenace staff is available till morning, talked to duty manager but no satisfactory soln ,. Atlast reception gave keys of some other rooms that you can use the room till problem get fix, I tried to help dem but when I entered room there some lady already sleeping, what kind of security is this, I have a key and I can access the room

Stayed in Dec'17. Room booked was of higher category. When reached, they tried to give us lower category room. I checked in the lower category room. When I saw the room, doubt arose as I had booked higher category room and room which they gave was not looking like that in photos. When I resisted did they give me the room booked. Room was good, neat & clean. Resort is near the beach. Restaurant doesn't have much vegetarian options and those which are their taste is not good.

Very poor hotel, avoid booking this hotel. There are many other options, food quality one of the worst we had in recent times. Even the bread served in BF is poor quality. Water provided in open water bottles when asked they said this is filter water Did not enjoy our stay in this hotel

Room : Spacious Room, All the rooms are pool view. They have total 3 Swimming Pool + 01 Kid's swimming pool. They don't have Wi fi in the room though they told, they will rectify in near dates. And water issues. As per them, its common problem of Mauritius. Location : Excellent loxation. Very close to Trou aux Beach, not even 5min walk. Its a public beach. Food : Well, Foods are all continental and Mauritian style. Proper Indian food, you won't get here. As lot of Indian guest keeps coming there, they should include some decent Indian food as well. Reception : Ms. Poonam is very helpful and polite who made us feel at home. But others (12th Sep morning shift guys) behaviour was not as expected.

Hotel is close to the beach but not on the beach. Quite a few restaurants nearby. The room itself is tidy but WiFi connection is spotty especially in ground floor rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good but getting drinking water beyond 2 bottles is an issue. Mosquitoes will keep you company if you are not careful to close the door and windows in the evening.

The hotel didn't have a staff if asked for any service it would take at least half an hour. The AC in the room were not working. Even the food was not up to the mark. I would not suggest a person who is a vegetarian to go to the hotel. Only plus is that it is very near to the beach. But you can find better hotel facing the beach.

First of all the location of the is brilliant ... Just 2 mins away grom the beach .. Rooms are large with a beautiful balcony .. Lots of rooms available with 3 pools .. However people at reception are not courteous and very helpful ... Housekeepin is a little laidback ... Restaurant is huge ... Food highly OK .. Options for veggies is less .. Overall value for money but service and food needs to improve.

I was charged for honeymoon freebies for 60 dollars which should have been without cost. Also, I discussed with them the dinner package for 29 dollar person for wall days but when I reached there, they said it's for per person per day package which is not true. Room : Spacious Room, All the rooms are pool view. They have total 3 Swimming Pool + 01 Kid's swimming pool. They don't have Wi fi in the room though they told, they will rectify in near dates. And water issues. As per them, its common problem of Mauritius. Location : Excellent loxation. Very close to Trou aux Beach, not even 5min walk. Its a public beach. Food : Well, Foods are all continental and Mauritian style. Proper Indian food, you won't get here. As lot of Indian guest keeps coming there, they should include some decent Indian food as well. Reception : Ms. Poonam is very helpful and polite who made us feel at home. But others (12th Sep morning shift guys) behaviour was not as expected.

The Resort is at the best location just near the Trou Aux Biches Beach and near to it is supermarket as well. We were welcomed by Mr. Sanjeev and then at the reception we were given welcome drinks and explained about all the facilities gym, spa, restaurant. The food there was so good. We were vegetarian. They used to make special Indian vegetables for us. If you are an Indian vegetarian then there is no better option to stay except this resort. Thank you so much to everyone at Le Palmiste.

Stayed in Dec'17. Room booked was of higher category. When reached, they tried to give us lower category room. I checked in the lower category room. When I saw the room, doubt arose as I had booked higher category room and room which they gave was not looking like that in photos. When I resisted did they give me the room booked. Room was good, neat & clean. Resort is near the beach. Restaurant doesn't have much vegetarian options and those which are their taste is not good.

Room service horrible. Waiter was very rude. At restaurant they served chapatti which was rotten and had fungus on it .
No room service. Waiter at restaurant was very rude and not helpful at all.

First of all the location of the is brilliant ... Just 2 mins away grom the beach .. Rooms are large with a beautiful balcony .. Lots of rooms available with 3 pools .. However people at reception are not courteous and very helpful ... Housekeepin is a little laidback ... Restaurant is huge ... Food highly OK .. Options for veggies is less .. Overall value for money but service and food needs to improve.

It's a good budget Le Palmiste Resort & Spa located very near to the public beach of Trou Aux Biches. There is an Indian cuisine restaurant (The House of India) within walking distance. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi make it a pleasant stay.
