The housekeeping staff were rude. They never came to our room to clean it. Whenever we went out for a meeting and passed by the lift, they would ask if they should clean the room — but it was pointless since they already knew our answer at that time. Once, when I politely asked one of the Afghan housekeeping staff if they had any sugar or coffee pouches, he shouted at me and said, “You can’t touch that — that’s not allowed.” What a terrible hotel! I’ll never stay here again. I had the worst experience at this hotel. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They never came to clean the room on time. Whenever we went out for meetings, the housekeeping person would come near the lift and ask, “Can I clean the room now?”, which was very inconvenient and irrelevant. One time, I went to ask for a coffee pouch because no one was answering calls at reception or housekeeping. Instead of helping, the housekeeping staff shouted at me very rudely, saying, “You can’t touch these things.” I responded that I hadn’t touched anything and refused to take the coffee pouch after that incident. The behavior was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. The management seriously needs to take action and train their housekeeping staff properly.

I was refused the check in twice as i was an indian and rest everybody was checkin. I was told to come at 3pm. Also the amenities provided were short of everything. Location is also not good. It is in the middle of the residential area and it is pretty empty after 6 in the evening.

Not a good stay at Radisson Blu Frankfurt. They really need to solve their problems of Key which deactivates on its own and when I come back to room after a tired day i've to run back to reception to get it recharged. Still doesn't work properly Housekeeping service very bad. Room tables not cleaned properly. Had to ask for towels and blanket twice Was refused any choice of pillows which then asked upon again was given Overall a worst stay

Radisson Blu Frankfurt was a great place to stay. The check-in was hassle free. The room was small but met most of the specifications required for an international hotel. Small swimming pool but a great view from the pool to the city centre, great spa and small gym.

The hotel is very nice, as a tourist found the hotel location not good as no convenience store around and the hotel close the kitchen at 11, with such location it is advisable to have a vending machine at least for water or soft drinks. Although the staff was helpful and arranged ice cream from kitchen at 11.30.

Overall experience was good and would definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean. Location is also good and also peaceful for good night sleep. Staff was also helpful and tram station is also near the hotel. Would like to stay there again.
