The Monastery Garden Prague location was superb but the staff were not so helpful first they gave us room at 3rd floor and the Monastery Garden Prague does not have any lift or butler to take the luggage upstairs and after we complained they shifted us to the first floor and on checkout they billed us for drinks which we had not consumed and when we complained they told us that they are not bothered if there housekeeping tells that they are consumed we have to pay we had to go to the room and show them that the drinks they billed us for were lying in the side table of the bedroom after which they cancelled the bill. Rooms were nice and spacious and breakfast was good but staff behaviour very rude. Would not want to stay here anymore.
