From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every single team member was courteous, warm, and extremely helpful, making us feel right at home. A very special mention to Sherab, whose attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. A divine location nestled in a thick forest, Lemon Tree resort in Thimpu, is a treat to stay in. The check-in staff and staff around property , may it be restaurants, housekeeping , managers, demonstrated the hospitality of very high order, committed and pleasing people, made our stay a real memorable . teething issues do happen in a resort in high areas, but the ability to resolve these with concern was clearly demonstrated.

The staff were very helpful even at 12 am as we reached late. This resort has driver accommodation too which was good as we hired car from Siliguri only.

Resort is at excellent location. In midst of pine forest. Quiet away from City rush. Staff were excellent. Manager was cool. Loved it.
