Good with us we stay 2 night in the mid of week so they upgraded our room to a biger room also their bathroom was quite big and breakfast was good fulfilling the requirement of vegetarian

I loved how beautiful and rustic the place is. It’s safe and conveniently located so you can walk everywhere. However the breakfast options were terrible. They treat people very, very differently. Let me give you an example: breakfast starts at 7 am until 9 am and i came downstairs at 7:30 to have my breakfast. There were hardly any food left. I told the staff and she didn’t even get up from the chair. It took me 5 minutes to explain her that there is no bun or butter so how can i have my breakfast. She finally understood and told me she can’t do anything if the bhin is over but will try asking her staff about it. Again keep in mind that it is still breakfast time so if a particular dish or food is over should they not refill it instead of asking the guest to eat something else? i thought to let it go and looked for something else to eat however not even 5 minutes later, a white couple come downstairs for breakfast. This rude lady sitting in the reception rushes towards them, and starts catering to them. She helps them with their breakfast and keeps asking questions to check in with them. She treated them so differently than me. This is why i wanted to write this review so that the staffs can learn from their mistake as it is extremely unproffesional to treat people differently! keep in mind i had booked a huge room on the top floor in the hotel for 4 days and this was just my second morning so she had no reason to behave like she did with me. I am sure she behaves the same way with other people also which is sad. Other than the lady in the reception and her rude behaviour, the hotel was good and well maintained.

We booked trip to count village and boat ride from hotel. We were cheated in that trip. There is 100 mtr ride, it was supposed to be at 45 min ride. We have to wait for 30 min for cab to take us back to hotel also they put two passengers in the cab. We complained to hotel also, but, they didnt help us and told us that every one like this ride.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are super helpful. The location is next to the old town walking distance of 5 mins from old town and japanese bridge. U can hire a motorbike to move around the town and take a mandatory boat ride in the evening with lanterns all across the river

I loved how beautiful and rustic the place is. It’s safe and conveniently located so you can walk everywhere. However the breakfast options were terrible. They treat people very, very differently. Let me give you an example: breakfast starts at 7 am until 9 am and i came downstairs at 7:30 to have my breakfast. There were hardly any food left. I told the staff and she didn’t even get up from the chair. It took me 5 minutes to explain her that there is no bun or butter so how can i have my breakfast. She finally understood and told me she can’t do anything if the bhin is over but will try asking her staff about it. Again keep in mind that it is still breakfast time so if a particular dish or food is over should they not refill it instead of asking the guest to eat something else? i thought to let it go and looked for something else to eat however not even 5 minutes later, a white couple come downstairs for breakfast.
