In my last several years of international travels, I have seen the worst kind of hotel. Firstly, the biggest reason was that when I checked in at night, the room was on the 10th floor and the lift was on the 9th floor. I had to carry my luggage up to the 9th floor. There was leakage in the bathroom due to which I felt very bad. The balcony was very dirty. Even glasses were not available for drinking water. The water that was kept for drinking was also in an empty bottle. Next night when I asked for two glasses, they refused saying that they did not have glasses available. Even two plates and two spoons were not given for eating the food. Today when I went to take a bath in the morning, I did not even get hot water there. I don't know how MakeMyTrip gave it a rating of 4.5. I request everyone to never book such a hotel.

Stay was very comfortable and location is right at center of the city. Good choice for Big groups and stay for couples 30mins far from airport. Most attractions are walking distance. staff is very cooperative and responsive. just language can be a little barrier
