Worst hotel ever

Very bad hotel. Reception staff was pathetgic .She don't know how to talk to guest. There was water issue in hotel toilet for 2 days for that we have reported to the receptionist but she didn't do anything. Rooms are very small and pillow cover and bed sheet are worn out. Toilet was also very small and was in pathetic condition. There was smell everywhere and Breakfast was just for the name sake. In electric kettle there were cockroach.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff at reception and house keeping are very professional and helpful. hotel location is excellent too. Breakfast has excellent basic choices though not lavish- fruits, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. I always prefer 2-3 good breakfast options rather than 10+ options in some other places

Nice hotel in the city, close to Saigon Center, Saigon Square, Walking Street, Ben Than Market, etc.. Hotel tariff is based on your needs, you pay more to get more! Staff is polite, well behaved and understanding. Room and Washroom were clean, all the required amenities were provided in the room.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast spread was limited but good and had vegetarian options as well. Location was very good and near indian restaurants. The Saigon Kiko Hotel should increase the pressure of water flow in bathroom. The staff at reception were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. The staff and the lady who operates the tours was also very helpful.
