Fab stay with super courteous staff.

We had booked a room at the hotel for 2 nights and upon arrival they told us due to a medical emergency for one of their guests, they couldn’t give us the room. However, they offered a free upgrade to their premium hotel which is nearby and the stay was excellent. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Provided us with all the guidance needed to explore the city. The location is just walking distance from the lake and we had a good time.

The stay experience was terrible. They gave us a random excuse and said they’ll upgrade our room but took us to a completely different location and gave us the tiniest room there. It felt really unsafe since it was deep inside an unknown alley.

Property is nearby to lake and all nearby shops. We can book the hotel just for the receptionist hanna. She was very helpful. If we ask about anything to her she will guide us in a confort way she helped us in currency exchange, halon g bay booking, bike and all other services. Rooms are small but if we are going to spend less time in room this is the best in old district. You can visit note cafe and famous 4p pizza just by 2 mins walk. They cleaned the rooms very neatly daily once again, a hotel with awesome hospitality

Ooo I loved staying in this hotel. It’s very conveniently located and the rooms are huge! I was really surprised by how kind and well mannered the ladies working here are. They speak fluent English and regularly check up on guests.

Very small rooms. Even the family room is small with such a small balcony that you can just stand. Cant put chairs. Clean beds and toilet. Toilet didnt have toilet papers, had to remind them to put in. Good staff behavior.

We had taken room for a family of 3. Room was small. There are few splendid hotels in this area. All sister hotels. Breakfast and spa in sister hotel, 1 km away. Guys from the reception takes us in 2 wheelers to the hotel near beautiful church. We are vegetarians, so we had options of fruits, boiled vegetables, fried rice and veg sandwiches. It’s nice. Perfect location. Spa is also good. Hotel helped us with day tour and guided us well with our crazy shopping fantastic customer service. Hannah, kevin and lucky thank you so much.

Ooo I loved staying in this Splendid Hotel & Spa. It’s very conveniently located and the rooms are huge! I was really surprised by how kind and well mannered the ladies working here are. They speak fluent English and regularly check up on guests.

excellent service, very supportive staff, only problem was the size of room. it was very small to accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant. the location is excellent..everything you need is nearby at a walking distance.
