Our stay at Pullman Hanoi was excellent. The hotel has a very modern vibe, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, making everything smooth. Breakfast spread was superb with lots of options. Location is also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, service, and style—highly recommended! 🌟

usual tour operators don't pick from this hotel, so u need to be aware of that while booking for tours.

Comfortable stay. Good central location. Nice and well maintained hotel with excellent cleanliness and service quality. Helpful staff. However there weren’t any options for indian food menu and overall very limited vegetarian options. We could however find good indian restaurants in close vicinity

himanshu j.family Stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is bit old property and I found the decor , finishing not up to the mark. The bathroom door, fittings didn’t work properly and shower gel bottles didn’t release the gel on pressing… room ac works fine which is the best part of this hotel. Food is average, buffet spread could have been better for this price.

rajesh d.couple The hotel, sheets, towels etc. Were neat and clean. Very nice spread in buffet breakfast. Location was closed to embassy area. 30 minutes walk from the main lake area. If you like walking, as we do, the area very close to the hotel wasn’t great for walking. Taxis etc. We’re readily available at all times of the day. For foodies, the restaurants in and around the hotel closed at 11pm. Some snacks available in room service after that. Staff was very courteous and polite.
