Pullman Hanoi Hotel

The Pullman Hanoi Hotel, sheets, towels etc. Were neat and clean. Very nice spread in buffet breakfast. Location was closed to embassy area. 30 minutes walk from the main lake area. If you like walking, as we do, the area very close to the Pullman Hanoi Hotel wasn’t great for walking. Taxis etc. We’re readily available at all times of the day. For foodies, the restaurants in and around the Pullman Hanoi Hotel closed at 11pm. Some snacks available in room service after that. Staff was very courteous and polite.

Comfortable stay. Good central location. Nice and well maintained Pullman Hanoi Hotel with excellent cleanliness and service quality. Helpful staff. However there weren’t any options for indian food menu and overall very limited vegetarian options. We could however find good indian restaurants in close vicinity

Very nice and supportive staff. The food quality and variety was also good. Location wise was ok. The only thing was that it was not a very bright Pullman Hanoi Hotel from outside. The lights even in the room was very low. The lights provision inside room shoudl have been little more

it's a great Pullman Hanoi Hotel with comfortable stay a d value for money. not too far from Old Qtrs with all facility within the Pullman Hanoi Hotel. usual tour operators don't pick from this Pullman Hanoi Hotel, so u need to be aware of that while booking for tours.

Our stay at pullman hanoi was comfortable. The location is central and we could reach the opera house and the market places around like the train street or the beer street in no time. The staff there is english speaking warm and hospitable.

Pullman Hanoi Hotel is good, checkin in smooth. The location is also good. however the things which are complimentary in other Pullman Hanoi Hotels in other part of world, they charge for every small thing

The Pullman Hanoi Hotel staff was very polite and they had a good variety of vegetarian options.
