The rooms are small but if you book the suit then it's ok. The bf is average but the best thing is the location. You get lot of options for indian food along with other options. The train street is very near. The staff is always smiling and very helpful ful. If you have plans for ninh bin and halon g bay. They this is a good option to stay as you will get a good price as there are lot of travel agents.
