    The location of the hotel is the best. Manhattan and brooklyn is just 10 mins away. Breakfast options are a little limited but there is a cafe just outside the hotel serving breakfast.

    Clean but location seems unsafe.

    Rooms are clean and that is the only good thing about it. Hotel is located across east river from Manhattan but it is surrounded by garage and industrial units. It feels unsafe while returning back from Manhattan through subway. It is a good 20 minutes walk from court square subway station passing through unsafe streets with isolated surroundings. Staff in hotel are least helpful. It is not worth the price. No bottled water is provided by hotel. Hotel staff are really lousy. Avoid this place.
