Hotel is good with decent room size for three adults. Bath rooms are big enough for a wheelchair to move in and that's very accessible if you are with an elderly or physically challenged. Breakfast needs variety. Daily same breakfast is monotonous. Location is very close to university of minnesota which was our meeting venue with people whom we wanted to meet so five star for location. Room rates are value for money in city like minneapolis

Everything was good except carpet on the floor was very dirty and bad smelling it, even in whole hotel carp floor was smelling bad. Bathroom was very small, room was big size and other amenities were best
