Worst experience ever!

Stayed at this place for two nights. Firstly, every hotel, even 5 stars give it as an option if one wants to pay the deposit or not. Here it was compulsory. Second while checking out, I communicated with their desk and stayed back after the check out time, 10 pounds per hour — since my bus was at 8 pm. I was made to wait until their housekeeping staff checks if their room is proper (if things are missing or not) and only then would they return the deposit. This place is a shame on Marriot. not even any branch follows this kind of a pathetic rule, where they make a person feel like a thief.
