Terrible experience!

I unfortunately stayed at this place for 2 nights and was freezing throughout. No heater was provided. This hotel is apparently not in operation yet they let people stay with no amenities. The only thing i liked was the check-out lady who kept our luggage for the whole day until our departure train to nottingham.
