Terrible Stay

Our experience was very disappointing and far below the standards we expect from Hilton. The first room had serious cleanliness issues — dust in the kettle, stains on the toilet bowl, and torn towels. We were then moved to a smaller room, which also had torn towels and similar hygiene concerns. Overall, the stay did not reflect the quality and comfort usually associated with the Hilton
