It's a walk away from Yas Island's free-bus point (Mariott WTC), the souk and food joints. It's a cab ride away from the central bus station, qasr al watan and corniche beach. Overall, a great location. However, the hotel itself is a little old and the interiors are showing signs of it. The bathtub was broken and was fixed with POP. The bathroom do not have a drain outlets on the floor. So, one has to be super careful to not spill any water on the floor while using the washbasin or the WC. The staff too must be trained better. A family of three needs three bath towels. We were provided only one towel each day and had to ask for the other two. The kitchen only serves buffet. No tea/coffee or snacks available at all. That was a bummer.

As I saw the rating in google it worst then the 2 star property, the receptionist cannot find my booking as I booked for two nights for 2 person the amenities in the room for 1 person while asking for the towels the housekeeping staff saying that he need to check the system to confirm either I’m staying alone or with someone and also service was so terrible. what but personally I’ll not recommend to any one to stay. As there is lot of good hotels surround.

Worst hotel and service

They mentioned it’s 4star hotel but it’s not even having facilities what two star hotel have, it’s very old hotel and very poor service, the bathing area even kids can’t bath it’s so small, i don’t know how other customers haven’t complained so far. Altogether very bad experience, no hair dyer, ironing, weigh machine, nothing it’s complete waste of money. I won’t suggest or refer this horrible hotel anyone.

I give my car to valet parking, hotel having a parking issue hence got huge fine by traffic police reseal was valet person wrong park. I raise the concern to manager but till now my concern still not resolved but accepting quick solution of my issue bcoz property like a brand should value of customer.
