We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They have huge thermal pools and spa options. The rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast and dinner were average. Mostly non vegetarian options and we had problem with that since we are vegetarians. Overall a good place to stay if you are around Pamukkale.

Men at the reception don’t belong to hospitality industry

The hotel is very average. The size or the room and amenities that are available may be 4 star but the experience is below 3 star. This is my personal opinion. The experience might be different for others if they did not encounter with these 2 men we came across at the front desk reception. We checked in on 12th late night around 9:15 pm and checked out on 14th morning around 12:30 pm. So the 1st person dint pay any attention to what i was telling him. Even after i showed my confirmation of the booking he would say all the rooms are full and can’t accommodate us. After telling him multiple times that we booked much in advance then he would go back and check to confirm that our room is available. And even more irritating he would say no to any request until we keep asking him for 3-4 times. For example just for an adapter. And the 2nd guy was one who checked us out. We told him there were no water bottles placed in the room the 2nd day but we were ok because we had a full day tour and came back to room with some leftover water bottles. But since we are checking out and need to travel to airport with a baby can you please ask someone to get us a water bottle. He says very rudely we don’t offer water bottles after the 1st day because this is half board booking and these our hotel rules. If you want water bottles pay extra. To which we were taken aback because we traveled multiple countries and none of the staff in any hotel spoke to their customer so carelessly. This spoiled our whole experience with the hotel and pamukkale itself. I would request the hotel administration to pay attention to how they train their staff to greet their customers warmly which is very basic. Apart from these 2 men we encountered other staff at the reception as well as the restaurant were very welcoming but the experience with these men ruined the whole experience of the stay for us.
