Overrated?

Was disappointed with the unfriendly staff. Very little help from them. The room was real tiny but that can be understood given the location near the blue mosque. But it was real cramped and there was almost no place to move. Location is very good but every building in that area, near this hotel, is also a hotel! so there is nothing unique about this location. Cafe was almost nonexistent. The best thing was the free water and coffee that was available. Getting water to drink without buying plastic bottles was a great help. For the cost of the room (we stayed for 5 days, the facilities and attitude don't match.

You would have to pass through many lanes to reach here, the hotel didn't had lifts and every time we would need to climb to 4th floor to get to our room, not an ideal situation after a tiring day tour. The food was OK, the service wasn't that great. Every time you need water, they would provide plastic water pouches containing 50-100 ml, so you would need to ask for 5-6 of them which are difficult to carry and often would spill till you carry it to your room. Also the room given to us had a low ceiling height, not a great stay.
