I was upgraded to a villa , place everything is awesome but it's far away from civilisation......nothing close by except a 7 11 about 15 mins walk .... yes grab works ......the resort should organize some party at evenings

Request to all hotels: If a guest loses their room key card, please charge only the actual cost incurred by the hotel for procuring a replacement, which is approximately 8 to 12 baht. This is not an opportunity for the hotel to make a profit, as doing so often leaves a negative impression on the customer, who, in 99% of cases, has not lost the card intentionally. Attempting to profit from such situations will not significantly impact your revenue, as it would barely increase by even 0.01%. the property has good ambience. it's not right on the beach, but the beach is visible from the rooms. The staff was generally courteous, but the two employees at the spa appeared noticeably displeased with our presence. They were conversing in their own language, accompanied by facial expressions that clearly conveyed their displeasure.

The sea facing rooms are value for money very beautiful , The staff is great and very helpful, food is great less choice if looking for indian food. The only downside is that the hotel is very far from all the tourists spot so the cab fare on an average cost you 800-1000 baht for single trip, The hotel also provide taxi services for whole day for 9 hours. The rooms are not over priced so overall it cost you same only if you live in patong or near bangla street if you include the taxi cost.

Love this place, beautiful rooms and view. Friendly staff. Few drawbacks. 90mins away from patong, no supermarkets or resto nearby. You should have motorbike or hard to find any cabs on grab or bolt. Pool bar closes at 5pm. And no lifts and this is a huge hotel gotta walk a bit. They have one resto which really nothing good there. Good for two or three days max.

Property is a dream, awesome pool, awesome veiw, gym very polite and understanding staff. This property is in north of phuket so be mindful of your itinerary. Patong beach, bangla road all happening places are 1-2 hours away from this resort. However, if u are coming to just chill and spend wonderful family time then this is perfect getaway.

The hotel is beautiful with great views from room. You can select this hotel if you want to just stay at the property and sleep before 10 as they have no in room dining after 10. I had booked a king bed wherein i was given twin beds because i was told the property is sold out. The food at the property was not thai food at all. Even the breakfast was not good. Luckily there is a cafe 7-10 mins outside the property which has amazing food and views with hospitable staff. The property is so far from patong and most of the days hotel can’t even arrange motorbikes for you. Apart from that their rate to go to the nearest supermarket changes everyday. One day i was asked 400 baht one way and the next day i did the trip in 100 baht return from the hotel only. Book only if you plan to stay in the hotel or nearby area.
