Staff is very unfriendly, never smiles always talk aggressively like we are not paid for hotel. Otherwise hotel is good but staff needs to improved. In land of smiles Thailand there is no smiles in this hotel by the staff at least better choose other options, pool is good, hotel rooms are good but they are very strict about checkout, they will not give you extra minutes, they will keep on disturbing till you not checkout.

The hotel is located in South Pattaya and is suitable for people who want a relaxed and calm environment around them. It is easily accessible to all the hip areas via the Tuktuk for just 10baht so its never away when you want to chill on walking street or beach road which is just 5 mins ride in the tuktuk. The only thing missing here is a lift and you have to climb the stairs to get to your room or villa(on terrace).

The hotel was brand new and it was super cleaned. The location was a bit far from the main beaches of Pattaya but very comfortable and cozy! No food was available as because there were no restaurants. In one word the hotel was pretty good with free WiFi but do not expect hospitality too much.
