The hotel was very neat and well maintained. The staff was good. Breakfast buffet is authentic and tasty. It is at a prime location, access to other restaurants and market is easy and close by. It had gym and pool access. The in house food is great and cost effective.

The service is not good as well as well as staff is not professional. On the make my trip site hotel policy mentioned that the hotel will provide the gala dinner at 31st night but at the time of check-in they not agreed to provide the gala dinner. I told it's mentioned in hotel poLicy for this reason my lot of time waste for check in.

Nice room but too far from waking street

Hotel room is nice but staff knows very little English but they are polite. Its 5 km away from walking street but you can ride by tuk-tuk at 10 bhat / passenger, takes 15 min. I visited there during Songkran festival, so if you travelling in tuk-tuk people will throw ice water many, many and many times. If you travelling Pattaya my suggestion is please don't accommodate with breakfast because breakfast timings is till 10:00 AM. It's better to take hotel in Pattaya Sai Song Road.
