Good location and the staff is really friendly and helpful. We booked all our Tours from the hotel itself and they were happy to give us discounts. Our next stay was in Phi and we couldn't get in touch with the hotel for our pick up. Even after checking out from 9hotel ... They made sure that the Hotel in phi receives us. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only drawback is that there are no elevators on the hotel which can be a challenge for some people. Other than that it's an
