I had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and soundproofing, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the room had all the necessary amenities including a mini fridge, kettle, and free wifi Aside from that, I found the hotel to offer good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying next time.

Beautiful stay marred by a terrible experience at check-ou

Oct 2024 (family holiday) we had a pleasant stay with friendly and accommodating staff like ms. Pepsi, who made our stay enjoyable. However, our impression was significantly marred on the day of checkout by a staff member named ms. Aye. When we requested basic amenities like a toothbrush and sugar sachets for coffee, she refused, claiming it was hotel policy not to provide them to guests on checkout. Upon asking why, she patronizingly asked us to go to the 7-11 store to purchase sugar sachets. This was unprofessional and also contrary to what we would expect from a hotel stay. Upon asking her to show the specific provision of the hotel policy, aye's behaviour was extremely rude, impolite, and arrogant, asking us to "shut up" which is entirely unacceptable. We sincerely hope that the hotel trains their staff and guests are spoken to with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Our checkout experience left us with a negative overall impression. *positives* location 1km from beach swimming pool (8am-8pm) some staff (pepsi) are friendly private car parking *negatives* no welcome drink is being provided as mentioned in the booking no gym no provision to heat food the restaurant is open only for breakfast from 7am -10. 30am variable guest service

Marina express fisherman at aonang krabi is located just 1 km from the iconic aonang beach. The location of the hotel is fantastic because one can easily walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The food street is just outside the hotel. All halal food joints are just around the hotel. The restaurants, atms, money exchanges, bike/car rentals, boat rentals, souvenir shops etc are within 100 meters from the hotel. This hotel does not serve alcohol. There are no night parties in and around this hotel which makes it a perfect retreat for families who want to spend a peaceful time. There's a masjid next to the hotel. The hotel serves all halal food in the breakfast. Its a very muslim friendly hotel. The rooms of the hotel are very beautiful and pristinely clean. Its one of the cleanest hotels i've stayed in my lifetime. Each room has a large balcony that faces the cliff and the market. The hotel offers 3 sets of towels and the airconditioning is superb. Staff is very friendly. Hotel offers tremendous value for money. Must recommended for all families.

Rooms, staff behavior, locality all ok. In one room ac was not working well, the house keeping let the door open after daily cleaning work but it was issue with the door lock itself (might be old). Overall it was pleasant and I personally loved the breakfast, swimming pool and the cliff view from my room.

I had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and soundproofing, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the room had all the necessary amenities including a mini fridge, kettle, and free wifi Aside from that, I found the Marina Express-Fisherman Aonang to offer good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying next time.

Room was awesome. Cliff view from balcony was amazing. Room and Marina Express-Fisherman Aonang service were excellent. If I visit Krabi, I will stay in this Marina Express-Fisherman Aonang only. Breakfast food quality was great. Location was excellent,Near Ao Nang beach. It is very nice to be near this beach because all islands visits done from this beach only.

Rooms, staff behavior, locality all ok. In one room ac was not working well, the house keeping let the door open after daily cleaning work but it was issue with the door lock itself (might be old). Overall it was pleasant and I personally loved the breakfast, swimming pool and the cliff view from my room.

In one word, simply excellent. Starting from the quality of the food during breakfast to stay at the villa. The staffs of the Marina Express-Fisherman Aonang are also very friendly with very good location of the villa and plenty of food. Shops located just outside in left. Thumbs up for the stay 👍🏻

Hotel is in a cliff, you can enjoy nature but the Marina Express-Fisherman Aonang is little bit far from the beach nearly 1 km, overall is good.

Carrying luggages to the room is a daunting task due to steep staircase. Air conditioning in the room was poor. We were a family of four and there were only two coffee sachets provided for two nights stay.
