They are very rude and they don’t have any bell boys or any room services. Pool is so small as large bath tub. Not worthy. Don’t recommend

The washrooms were pathetic. Everything was broken and leaking and water clogging. It was very far from the beach in the listing it says 700m it was nearly 4kms. We had a very bad experience. No room service for even water. We need to our money back for this stay.

It was not the kind of resort which is shown in photos, brkfst was pathetic, no buffet, only one coffee and roll in veg also only 1 per prsn, no bell boys luggage , pool was so small .

Room is good but location is 2km far from the Ao nang beach,transport is expensive there so plan your stay according. They have no buffet in breakfast just providing one coffee and puff by the name of breakfast.

It is far from Ao nang beach. You have to booked tuk tuk to go ao nang beach Which cost around 150 to 200 bath. They just provide snacks in name of breakfast.

B2 krabi aonang premier resort is a very bad experience. I suggest anyone to stay in any motel then this so called 4 star property. It has no qualities of any 4 star hotel. A 2 star hotel would be better than this.

The stay is good. Newly opened. We booked the luxury premier pool access room and it was good. Good pool and nice Mountain View. The only issues we faced were lack of tissue box in the room which they don’t provide and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited as we only get to choose between a drink and wrap rolls. Also a bit distant from the main town.Apart from this everything else was good.

Worst hotel in Krabi

This was by far the worst hotel experience during our stay in Thailand. I would just rate it in negative if that’s the option. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that basic hospitality was lacking. There was no bellboy or bell captain to assist with luggage, leaving us to drag our bags to the room ourselves. Essential amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes were not provided, and we weren’t informed beforehand, forcing me to go to a 7-Eleven at 1 am just to prepare for the next morning. The hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. The "hill view" was distant and unimpressive. Its location is another major downside—it’s tucked away in a dark and seemingly unsafe area of the town. Communication was a nightmare. The reception staff doesn’t understand English, and we had to rely on translation apps for even the simplest interactions. They also failed to provide the reception’s contact number upon check-in. When we finally got it, it was useless as they couldn’t understand English anyway. Room cleaning wasn’t done until late evening, and the breakfast was laughable—just coffee and a plain roll, nothing more. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are much better options in Krabi that offer fair prices, better service, and a safer, more convenient location. This hotel is simply not worth your time or money.

Everything was clean but it could have been more clean. When we came the sheets were not very clean the next day the housekeeping didnt change it just made it tucked in so i had to go to reception for third day to get it cleaned.

The shower was not working, very less pressures. Really disappointed. Refund expected. Kindly take appropriate action. Room was on 5 floor maybe because of that the shower didn’t have pressure but this needs to be resolved.
