Impania Delux Room. Reception Noon - Rude and unhelpful. Dosent listen to your problems, keeps talking. Pond - polite and seems helpful. Men at the reception are irrelevant. Room service Not regular, insufficient, lady is very rude, makes faces at you. Repeat requests have to be made to get the trash cleaned, towels exchanged and to even get bathrobes. We got an extra blanket for my wife and he took a picture of me taking the blanket (as if they were nearly as good enough to be stolen 😂) Room Coffee is bad and very limited. You must ask for more or rather insist on it. Same goes for the flimsy robes. They guard robes with their life. Deluxe rooms are spacious and we didnt think they run down. Shower are alright, ours wasnt broken down. Towels are limited. We got one between two people. TV is is excellent and provides several apps. Connect it to the hotels free wife and you can log in your account on netflix prime etc. Casting from mobiles wont work. Beds are confortable and the sofa is bearable. Smoking in the balcony is allowed. Property Impiana 1. Rooms with balconies are with a nice view if the trees dont obstruct it. 2. ⁠Swimming pool is superb with clean water (chlorine free). Cleaned regularly. 3. ⁠the proximity to the beach is unmatched and deserves credit. We walked through neighbouring properties and the long walks there were tiring. My room was 100m from the beach and pool. Lots of sitting there. 4. ⁠breakfast is served by the beach and then there is the raised balcony for better experience. 5. ⁠They have pool table (run down) and air hockey table. Unsure if they are chargeable. 6. ⁠The Massage centre at the beach adjoining the property is reasonable and comfortable. Open to the beach and reasonably clean. The ladies there work until they sweat or your sweat. 7. ⁠English speaking is a major issue at the property. Even though i think they understand everything and can speak managable broken english, they pretend not to, in order to avoid requests, complaints and demands. This is significantly evident at this property. 8. Transport to and from the airport is 500 TBH each way. 9. ⁠better this than normal taxi since taxi is more expensive and the sharing cab makes you wait for over an hour and half. 10. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing great, VERY limited menu at the restaurent but tastes good. 11. ⁠You can go across the street for some food but the problems of traffic on the street, no side walk and distance for the hotel to the shops are true. 12. ⁠we had read in reviews that everytime you pass the front desk someone is complaining, we found that to be true even today. The property must let go of some of the employees that are bringing their standards down, wspecially “Noon” They should promote Pond and Beam, two of their best employees.

Cost was way higher side in comparison with the other 4 star hotels. I stayed at briza as well which was also a 4 star one. The facilities, location, rooms were nu-ch much better. The rooms at impiana were below average.

We stayed, celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this wonderful Resort. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Everyone always has a smile. The location is right at the Beach and if you are looking to just relax at the Beach and enjoy your cocktails this is the place you want to stay. We used the wonderful offer at the spa of having one on one free and had a fantastic experience at the Swansea spa. The food, drinks and the ambiance make it a perfect place to enjoy your vacation. We just hoped the WiFi connectivity could have been better and if the Resort had some events in the evening it would have an added experience to the guests. We would like to thank everyone at the Resort for making our stay wonderful and pleasant and wish them the very best.

I booked this hotel looking at the pictures online, honestly it wasn't like what I saw in the pictures, the room that I stayed in was very tiny and needs serious renovation, the balcony door does not close properly Only the lobby looks posh. Overpriced rooms Also if you a Solo traveler I would not rec on this hotel, as it's far from all the night life, also the taxis are expensive from here. The staff is super polite and courteous The Beach is much cleaner then other parts of Samui.

Very very nice romantic Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi. Beach is just step down from Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi. Nice we'll come with drinks. Airport pick up and drop plus day tour all arranged by them. Satisfied with the service. Food a bit expensive over the Resort restaurant than outside. Very much satisfied with the Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi Beach and service over all. Thanks.

Stayed 5 days with my friends, and we all are very happy to have selected such a beautifully located resort. The beach at the Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi is the most beautiful thing about it. It just outside the hustle of beach road and is a great place to stay.
