The location of the property is on a different island from ha-ad rin beach. Its quite expensive to take ferry boats to and fro from the hotel. There’s no electricity at the property in the day time. Had a bad experience.

The location you gave was very far from the location. No electricity no restraunts so many insects. This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. Had to travel to this place via taxi boat which costed us 2500 rs each time we took the boat. N we ended up spending more than 10000 for it. With no electricity there. Worst staff. Thw girl in the reception has no knowledge. About anythng. She asked us to change the hotel if we wanted to. After traveling so far

First of all there was no electricity in hotel resort. 2. The reception managers where very unkind 3. There is no information how to reach at the hotel and no support from hotel. 4. We had to take special boat to reach this hotel and which is unnecessary expensive. (if this has been specified before then we can plan our stay accordingly ) hotel says they have mentioned no electricity but i did not find it anywhere. No lights at the room area. Only lighting at the facade to make it look pretty. No hot water facility. No room service no telephone to call reception or room service. Kindly remove this hotel from your list of hotels please don't suggest anyone.

Hotel show its near haad rin beach means near full moon party but hotel is diffent place to take another boat from koh phangan dont book this hotel very bad

We could not even reach the hotel because going there and then coming back to new moon party would have been expensive than booking another hotel. We are glad that we didn't stay here. No way I would recommend this.
