Hotel is very old and rooms are dirty. Windows had nets and were not cleaned in ages. Lobby was very dark and stinky. Hotel staff didn't understand english at all making our life's miserable

It's old but maintained very well. It's a guest friendly hotel and good staff. Only issue is check in time is 3.00 pm which is actually pain if we reach early. We didn't had food in this hotel. This hotel is a landmark in Chiang Mai. Every taxi guys knows this place. 10 min taxi drive will take you to Indian restaurants around.
