This is actually at a residential complex The area is good and safe. 7 11 is nearby so no problem at all. You can get bike taxi for 20 baht/person to the Phyra Khanon metro Station. It's best for couples but not for group of friends or family. But still I really liked everything there. There is a pool as well at the swimming pool area. In this you can smoke in the apartment's balcony which was still acceptable.

Low facility property

Property is having low facility, I booked it for 1 day stay I couldn't able to stay 2 hours, Rooms are stingy smell, we can found spider nests in the corners of the room and bathrooms, bathrooms are very small, I asked room fresher to manage the smell but the staff is not aware of it. The location is very interior in Sukhumvit soi 71, it is a residential property and they have secured with fingerprint access but they will not provide temporary guests to access every time we have to call staff, there is only 1 staff, she will not understand English. No restaurant or near by also, there is 7 to 11 within 1 km we have buy pocket food or we have to go at least 2 km for restaurant. Overall opinion is not for short time stay.

I booked 2 apartments for 4 people which they upgraded to 1 apartment for all 4 of us with 2 separate rooms which was very convenient and huge. I liked all the amenities gym and swimming pool. Also the staff is very helpful and the area is very peaceful. Completely value for money.

Please do not book room here. Room is good but hotel far from market and tourist area. No sign board for hotel name. Very difficult to find hotel. Reception closed. Cannot talk and understand. Not worth going for tourist.
