    No sharing transport for that hotel and you have to pay lots of money to reach that hotel, staff behavior very horrible, no shops nearby you have to walk 15 minutes for 7/11, no lift.

    Avoid this hotel as I booked it for 4 people but hotel manager denied he told me extra money will be charge for extra person other then 2.
    Avoid this hotel as very far from main road and I booked this hotel for 4 people but when we reached hotel and show our receipt they told extra money will be charge for extra person other then 2, I told to hotel manager he replied talk to agency from you booked we can't get you check-in if you don't pay extra amount.

    Service is wonderful. Hotel staff is so helpful. Dedicated atmosphere of hotel is so pleasant, lively. We enjoyed a lot my friends and me explore hotel and its surroundings. We are so happy to visit thank you.

    Hotel staff is nonco-ppertive .. He deduct 2 times amount, now I am trying to contact them but they are not entertaining us & not ready to give money also, so I m requesting please help me for getting the money from them.

    Good hotel for short time stay. Rooms are on average basis. Bathroom was also OK. If you expect greater hospitality, food, cleanliness you will not get.

    Basically nothing to say. Poor staff infact very rude do not know how to talk to customers. They made me stand on airport for pick up after calling so many times they told me to come by taxi. Ridiculous, they ask for security deposit which is not mentioned anywhere. They do not clean room and change bedding next day. Horrible, poor WiFi and very costly and awful food. Very remote location even if it is near to airport. You feel that you are staying in a jungle. No direct transportation to main city area, taxi charges minimum 300/400 THB. Shower only warm water not hot and flow is very less. Only thing is rooms are very big and you can reach airport within 10 minutes. So please do not go to this place. A big no.

    The wait for the transfer van at the airport was about one hour, due to their fairly rigid hourly schedule going to the airport. They have a fun outdoor dining station under a cabana cover and 24 hour massage services. That is Thailand! Plenty of gregarious female staff to make me feel comfortable as a single female traveler. Other single lady traveler in transit stayed there too.
