No body is available for service. I tried calling the reception many a time. I look like that you have booked an AIRBNB where nobody is there to help you. I tried calling on property contact details and no body is picking up the call

Hotel has a beautiful view, but thats the case for every hotel in Grindlewald. My room was a bit small, staff was helpful. You have to walk for 5-7 minutes uphill to reach there but they can send someone for the luggage if you inform them beforehand.

We stayed at sonnenberg for 4 nights. Stay was okay. View was awesome. Breakfast was same for all 4 days. Host were good. It is being managed by a couple currently. I don’t think they have any more staff. As the hotel is little bit at the top so we need to *hike* for almost 10-15 mins from station. Everytime. I would not recommend people older than mid age and with children. Apart from location everyone was good.
