what a wonderful experience at the restaurant and what a disastrous experience at the front desk and swimming pool. We cant believe it was such a conflicting experience. The front staff was rude, rough and disrespectful and swimming pool staff. . Well we don't need any discount for future as this place is a big NO for us and ofcourse all our office friends family. if you continue with same staff, a few days down the line it could lead to no repeat business for hotel. This was the first worst of worst experience

Hotel building is very good .. But services and vegetarian food is pathetic. Stale smell in the rooms.And whole night sounds was there like some carpenter work is going on. If you take Ala carte then you will get 2nd rated treatment.
