Terrible Stay

Very horrible stay, charging for AC room but giving only fan. So many lizard and ants and no room service and sanitation. This is one of the worst hotel of the area.

I have stayed in this hotel, it was a nightmare. When I reached hotel that owner was sleeping and did not open the gate for half an hour as he was sleeping I did not have local sim to call him I booked it for transit as it was nearby to the airport. when I booked it was mentioned that the rooms were AC as per make my trip room inclusion but the owner was not willing to give ac rooms as he has received less money from make my trip. He was asking me additional amount for ac room which was completely unjustified as the new booking would cost me that. This has given me a lesson not to book from make my trip as their chat support also not responded and we were stranded in an unknown country without help.
