The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the Kandy station. We reach in the hotel and we got our room ready. The view was nice with city view . There are restaurants nearby. Also the hotel as rooftop bar and pool access. Only some few things were missing that is room slippers ,bathroob , dental kit which were placed on request later, staff were friendly and helpful.

Our day was absolutely wonderful. The property was spotless beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The ambience was perfect, peaceful, cosy, and thoughtfully design. The host was warm and attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of which truly made us feel at home. The location was ideal and it had one pizza spot and just front of the hotel. If you need anything, you can get it right there, and then only we would hundred percent recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and can't wait to come back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the property and facilities. The stay itself was excellent, with comfortable amenities and a pleasant environment. However, what left us deeply disappointed was the behaviour of one staff member during breakfast on our anniversary. My wife was asked to wait for her food while other customers were served before her. This felt and extremely in today’s era, where every guest deserves equal When I escalated the matter, a senior staff member immediately apologised and personally served the dish, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff member responsible never acknowledged their behaviour or offered an apology. A property of such high standards should ensure all staff uphold values of inclusivity, respect, and equal treatment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so that future guests never have to face such an experience.
